The property will again be available for a 6 month winter let from 1st November 2011 until 30th April 2012. The terms for this are as described below:

• Rent will be £650.00 per calendar month
• Use of the broadband internet connection is included in the rent
• Bills (electricity, council tax, water) are not included in the rent
• Sorry, but no dogs or other pets are allowed
• A deposit of one month's rent is required
• Rent is payable one month in advance
